This recipe takes me back to childhood. My mom would make it all the time. So good when it's warm fresh out of the oven.
3 cups flour
2 cups white sugar
2 cups canned (plain) pumpkin
1 ½ cups vegetable oil
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. cinnamon
4 large eggs
Chopped nuts
Mix all ingredients. Pour into two greased & floured 9 x 5” loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes.
