This is a great soup for a crowd (I remember it being served at a baby shower for me - so it has special meaning). Pretty lowfat too, that is, until you add the sour cream, cheese and chips!
4 chicken breasts
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons butter
2 cans chicken broth (14oz.)
2 cans stewed tomatoes (14 oz.)
1 cup salsa
1 tablespoon cumin
cilantro
Cook and shred (or cube) chicken. Combine all ingredients in and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Serve with:
Shredded cheese
Sour cream
Tortilla chips
