Easy to make and delicious! A definite crowd pleaser too!
4-6 boneless, skinless, frozen chicken breasts
3 peppers, sliced
1 medium-large onion, sliced
1-2 packages Lawry’s fajita seasoning (1.12 oz.)
Water
1-2 packages flour tortillas
Sour cream
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Other favorite toppings (guacamole, salsa, sliced tomato)
Place frozen chicken and sliced onion in a crock pot. Pour fajita seasoning over chicken & onion (you might need two packets depending on the size and amount of chicken used). Add water as directed on fajita seasoning packet(s). Cook on high for 6 hours. Stir occasionally to help the chicken shred. Add peppers during the last hour and stir, adding more water if needed.
Place chicken mixture onto heated tortilla. Add sour cream, cheese and any other desired toppings. Roll up tortilla and enjoy!
