½ cup butter
1 cup white vanilla chips
2 cups vanilla wafer cookie crumbs
2 tablespoons butter softened
2 tablespoons milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla
1 cup 10x sugar
¾ cup apricot jam
½ cup finely chopped walnuts
1. Lightly grease a 9-inch square pan. In medium saucepan, combine ½ cup butter and ¼ cup vanilla chips. Cook over low heat until melted,stirring constantly.Remove from heat
2. Stir in wafer crumbs until well mixed. Press mixture evenly in greased pan.
3. In small saucepan, melt remaining ¾ cup vanilla chips over low heat, stirring constantly.
4. In small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons butter, milk and vanilla and mix well. Gradually beat in melted chips and 10x sugar until smooth.
5. Spread jam over crumb mixture.
6. Spread chip mixture over jam.
7. Sprinkle walnuts.
8. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Cut into squares and serve at room temperature.
9. Store in the fridge
