A good companion to hummus.
8 pita rounds
Olive oil
Dried oregano
Coarse salt
Ground pepper
Preheat oven to 350° F. Split 8 pita rounds horizontally, and then cut each piece in quarters. Brush with olive oil, and season with dried oregano, coarse salt, and freshly ground pepper. Bake on a cookie sheet until golden, 12-15 minutes.
